Shot Blasting Cleaning

Every high-quality coating requires a perfectly prepared base. Through the shot blasting process, we completely remove rust, welding residue, mill scale, and old coatings from metal surfaces.

This cleaning process not only provides a chemically clean surface but also creates a specific micro-roughness on the metal. This is critically important for achieving excellent adhesion of subsequent paint layers.

Industrial Painting – Liquid and Powder

Depending on your project requirements and operating environment (indoor, outdoor, or aggressive industrial environment), we offer:

• Liquid Paint Systems: Application of high-quality primers and single-component or two-component polyurethane and epoxy paints per RAL catalog. An ideal solution for large-scale structures and complex welded assemblies.
• Powder Coating (Proven Partnerships): For parts requiring specific powder coating with exceptional mechanical resistance, we work in close cooperation with established and proven partners in Bulgaria. We handle full organization, logistics, and strict incoming/outgoing quality control.

All application and drying processes are strictly monitored to guarantee the specified coating thickness in microns (μm) and full compliance with customer specifications.
